LENZO Designer Eyes –Warranty Policy
At LENZO Designer Eyes, we prioritize your satisfaction and confidence in our premium products. Our comprehensive warranty is designed to provide you with peace of mind. Below is a detailed breakdown of our warranty coverage and how to claim it.
1. Lens Warranty
Duration: Up to 1 year for branded lenses.
Coverage:
- Lens Coating Issues: Peeling or degradation of any lens coating.
- Spotting or Discoloration: Unusual spots or discoloration on lenses that impair vision quality.
2. Frame Warranty
Duration: Up to 6 months.
Coverage:
- Frame Discoloration/Fading: Any loss or change in color within the warranty period.
- Frame Coating Peel-Off: Peeling of any coatings applied to the frame.
- Corrosion on Metal Frames: Rusting or corrosion on metal components of the frame.
3. Exclusions
The following conditions and damage types are NOT covered under the warranty:
- Frame Breakages: Damage to temples, hinges, or nose bridge, regardless of cause.
- Lens Damage: Breakage, cracks, chips, or issues related to lens thickness.
- Scratches: Superficial or deep scratches from regular use or mishandling.
- Fitment Issues: Size or comfort-related problems are covered only within 14 days under our No Questions Asked policy.
- Prescription Changes: Adjustments due to changes in prescription are covered within 14 days of purchase.
- Loose Temple Sleeves: Falling off or other issues are not covered.
- Clip-On Parts: Damage or misplacement of clip-on components are excluded.
- Wear and Tear: Natural degradation from daily use, including hinge looseness or slight adjustments.
- Contact Lenses: All types are excluded from warranty coverage.
4. Repairable Issues (Excluded from Warranty)
These issues, while not covered, are often repairable at minimal or no cost at any store:
- Loose or Missing Screws: Screws falling out or becoming loose.
- Frame Misalignment: Any alignment issues affecting fit or comfort.
- Lens Displacement: Lenses popping out of the frame.
- Nose Pad Replacement: Securing dislodged nose pads.
- Loose Frame Fitment: Adjustments for a secure fit can be done at any LENZO store free of charge.
5. How to Claim Warranty
To file a warranty claim, follow these steps:
- Document the Issue: Take 3-4 clear photos focusing on visible defects.
- Include Order Information: Attach your order ID and contact details.
- Send the Details: Submit everything to support@lenzo.in.
Review Process:
- Our team will review your claim and respond within 24-48 working hours.
- The entire process, including validation, may take 5-7 working days.
- You'll receive continuous updates on your claim status via email.
6. Product Care & Maintenance Guidelines
Maximize the lifespan and quality of your LENZO eyewear with these care practices:
- Handle with Care: Never place glasses with lenses facing down.
- Proper Storage: Store glasses in their protective case when not in use.
- Use Proper Cleaning Tools: Clean lenses with a microfiber cloth and lens-safe solutions—avoid household cleaners.
7. Additional Terms and Conditions
- This warranty applies to all eyeglasses and sunglasses sold under LENZO Designer Eyes.
- Contact lenses and accessories (e.g., lens cleaner, cases) are not covered.
- The warranty period begins on the delivery date.
- If an exchange order is placed, the warranty for the new product continues from the original purchase's warranty period.
- Upon approval of a warranty claim, customers can place an exchange order for any frame and lens package of equal or lesser value:
- If the exact item is unavailable, LENZO will not source it.
- For higher-priced items, the customer must cover the price difference.
- For lower-priced items, no refund or credit will be issued.
- Refund requests will not be processed during the warranty period. Exchanges or repairs will follow the policy.
- Store credits are not issued in lieu of warranty exchanges; customers must place an exchange order through the designated process.
